About Era 1 Strategy

I’m Colin Webb. I founded Era 1 Strategy because I believe manufacturing companies deserve more than generic advice and lengthy reports. They need practical solutions that create measurable results on the shop floor—not just presentations in the conference room.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve built my career by solving manufacturing challenges from the ground up. Starting as a CNC machinist and advancing into engineering and leadership roles, I’ve gained firsthand experience improving processes, reducing setup times, increasing throughput, standardizing operations, and helping teams work more efficiently. Because I’ve been in the same shoes as the people implementing these changes, I understand both the technical and human sides of operational excellence.

My approach is built on collaboration, accountability, and measurable outcomes. I work alongside leadership and production teams to identify opportunities, create clear strategies, and ensure improvements are completed—not just recommended.
